Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to build cloud-native applications and distributed systems using C#, .NET, React, TypeScript, and AWS. Qualifications

• Six-plus years of software engineering experience across modern stacks.
• Strong C# and .NET proficiency with distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with React and TypeScript, AWS, and REST APIs.
• Solid SQL/NoSQL experience and automated testing discipline.
• CI/CD experience and production troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services in .NET/C# and design cloud-native microservices.

Senior .NET Engineer

This is a full-time opportunity for a Senior .NET Engineer to build cloud-native applications and distributed systems using C#, .NET, React, TypeScript, and AWS. You'll work on highly scalable products that process complex datasets, integrate with external platforms, and support mission-critical business workflows. Based remotely within the United States.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving difficult technical challenges rather than simply maintaining applications. You'll help design modern microservices, improve platform reliability, drive architecture decisions, and contribute to products that have a direct impact on customers. The team is looking for someone who can operate across the stack, troubleshoot production systems, and help scale a rapidly evolving cloud platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Experience building distributed systems and microservices
• React and TypeScript development experience
• AWS cloud platform experience
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend services
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Automated testing experience
• CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions or similar tools
