• 12+ years of experience in software development
• Capital Markets or Mega Bank experience required
• Full stack .NET with Azure cloud services
• Hands-on with Azure App Services, Functions, Service Bus/Event Grid/Event Hub
• Strong SQL Server design, DDL/DML, performance tuning and large data handling
• Experience managing global teams and SDLC best practices
• Front-end experience with Angular/DevExpress/AG Grid and UI components
• Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, RBAC) and observability tools
