Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and enhancements on applications with limited supervision, adhering to naming conventions and standards.
• Delivers efficient code that minimizes system performance impacts and post-installation issues; conducts thorough testing.
• Collaborates with Business Analysts and Technical Analysts to refine specifications and communicate project status.
• Assists the application support team in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly; resolves tickets as needed.
• Creates detailed technical documentation such as Design Specifications, Report Guides, System Description Documents, and Change Control Forms.
