Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Work with healthcare data and systems, including claims processing, member/provider data, and EDI 837 submissions.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database processes.
• Build and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration.
• Lead and mentor developers while promoting strong coding standards and development best practices.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team throughout the development lifecycle.

Senior .NET Developer | Healthcare

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on development experience and a background working with healthcare systems and data. This person will work across the full development lifecycle, with a particular focus on applications involving claims, member, and provider data. The ideal candidate has deep experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, and SSIS, along with the ability to lead technically, mentor other developers, and collaborate effectively within a Scrum environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and software solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and related Microsoft technologies
• Work with healthcare data and systems, including claims processing, member/provider data, and EDI 837 submissions
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database processes
• Build and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead and mentor developers while promoting strong coding standards and development best practices
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, development processes, and overall technical quality
• Ensure solutions meet appropriate quality, security, and industry standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
