Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years of software development experience.
• Solid background in C#, .NET, and WPF for desktop application development.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (JSON/XML).
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with NoSQL document stores (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop applications and features using C#, .NET, and WPF.
• Create intuitive, efficient user-facing workflows for support agents.
• Connect desktop apps to backend systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for high-quality releases.
• Identify and resolve issues across UI, services, and data layers.
• Participate in code reviews, discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and distributed teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
