Smart IMS Inc. is seeking a seasoned .NET/C# Developer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions across .NET, C#, and Azure-based ecosystems.

You will craft RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware, while implementing data mapping/validation and cloud-native components. The role emphasizes scalable, secure, high-volume processing with strong documentation and architectural design work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing enterprise applications and integration solutions using .NET and C#.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
• Extensive experience developing ASP.NET Core Web APIs using .NET 8+ or supported .NET LTS versions.
• Proven expertise designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware architectures.
• Experience developing Azure Functions and cloud-native application components.
• Strong experience with Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queue management.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, cloud applications, IVR solutions, payment processing platforms, and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of JSON/XML payload processing, data transformation, validation, and integration patterns.
• Experience applying SOLID principles, clean coding practices, secure coding standards, and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration strategies, data synchronization, and high-volume transaction environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience creating technical documentation, solution design documents, and implementation artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using .NET, C#, Azure Cloud Services, and related technologies.
• Analyze application components and integration models to ensure seamless communication across systems.
• Evaluate and implement integration strategies for high-volume transaction processing environments.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware components.
• Build and support Azure Functions utilizing HTTP, Service Bus, Timer, and Blob triggers.
• Design and implement integrations between CRM platforms, ERP systems, cloud services, IVR platforms, payment gateways, databases, and external business systems.
• Develop reusable frameworks, shared libraries, and integration services to support enterprise scalability.
• Implement data mapping, validation, and JSON/XML transformation processes.
• Optimize data flows, integrations, and system performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and enhance IVR solutions to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.
• Support cloud-hosted solutions utilizing Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
• Create and maintain technical designs, architectural diagrams, impact assessments, test plans, test scripts, and implementation documentation.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, policies, and development best practices.
