Qualifications

• Web-based software development experience (4 years).
• Root cause analysis and resolution experience (4 years).
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, HTML, HTML5, ASP, Java/JSP, SQL and stored procedures (4 years).
• Proficiency in web programming using .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server (4 years).
• Agile SDLC methodology experience (3 years).
• Team-based SDLC tasks and collaboration (3 years).
• Experience gathering requirements and presenting designs (3 years).
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira (2 years).
• C# .NET Blazor programming experience (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs and system flows.
• Write, test, debug, and document complex programs in C#, Blazor, and SQL.
• Design and implement front-end and back-end web-based application components.
• Coordinate with analysts, architects, and business areas to validate requirements.
• Provide maintenance and resolve issues for client/server and web applications.
• Support application software used by Texas Department of Agriculture-related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
