Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a .NET/Blazor Developer to design, develop, and support Clinical Services applications and provider data integration solutions. You will work with analysts, product owners, SMEs, and QA to deliver scalable, secure software.

Responsibilities include building .NET/Blazor apps, RESTful APIs, and data processes, plus optimizing SQL Server objects and enabling CI/CD with Azure DevOps. Remote-friendly, open to qualified US applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience developing web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor.
• Experience creating RESTful APIs, backend services, reusable UI components, business workflows, and system integrations.
• Strong SQL Server development skills, including tables, stored procedures, views, functions, query optimization, and data-processing components.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and application security, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Syncfusion controls.
• Build reusable UI components, RESTful APIs, backend services, workflows, and integrations with internal/external systems.
• Develop clinical/provider data processes including validation, transformation, mapping, loading, and integration across systems.
• Create and optimize SQL Server objects and queries to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
