Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an experienced Dot Net Back-End Developer to lead backend development in an Agile environment. You will design microservices, mentor teams, and collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure scalable, secure deployments.

Requirements include 8+ years in .NET and Angular, hands-on AWS with EKS/Kubernetes, and strong API, CI/CD, and database skills. Financial services experience is a plus, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend experience with .NET and Angular in team leadership.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EKS, Kubernetes, CloudWatch, SQS, Glue, DocumentDB).
• Strong knowledge of SAFe/Scrum Agile and ceremonies.
• Experience building APIs and testing (Postman, SoapUI).
• SQL Server and AWS Aurora (Postgres) expertise.
• Familiarity with microservices, OAuth/JWT, CORS, and ELK logging.
• Experience in Financial Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development and design scalable microservices.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineers.
• Ensure high-quality deployments and secure API access.
• Drive CI/CD using Jenkins, TeamCity, and Octopus.
• Partner with security and logging teams to ensure observability.
