Job summary

Growe is seeking an experienced backend developer in the United States to design, build, and maintain scalable C# / .NET 6+ services. You will drive microservice evolution, support accounts, registration, authentication, and wallet flows, and ensure backward compatibility of releases.

You will collaborate with DevOps on Kubernetes deployments, Terraform workflows, and observability tooling (Grafana, Loki, Tempo). Strong testing, code reviews, and performance tuning are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development with C#/.NET (6+), ASP.NET Core.
• Strong microservices and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka or similar).
• Relational databases focus (PostgreSQL; indexing & performance) and ORM tools (Entity Framework).
• Experience writing Unit and Integration tests.
• Understanding OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect and authentication/authorization basics.
• Knowledge of observability/monitoring in production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using C# / .NET in a production environment.
• Develop and evolve microservices and support core domain flows (accounts, registration, authentication, wallet).
• Contribute to deployment configurations in Kubernetes and GitOps workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps on Terraform, infrastructure changes, and observability tooling.
• Perform high-quality code reviews focusing on maintainability and performance.
