Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a hands-on NET Software Developer to join our application development team in Richmond, VA. You will contribute across multiple projects, enhancing existing systems, integrating with third‑party vendors, and driving modernization efforts.

The role emphasizes C# coding, deep database work, and the ability to work independently on complex systems while participating in technical discussions and code reviews.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience as a .NET Developer.
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET stack.
Experience with .NET Framework 4.5+.
Exposure to modern .NET Core / .NET 6+ is strongly preferred.
Solid experience with Oracle databases, including writing complex stored procedures and PL/SQL.
Experience developing and consuming APIs and integrations.
Ability to read, understand, and improve large, existing codebases.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET stack.
.NET Core / modern .NET (preferred).
Develop and support RESTful APIs and system integrations.
Write, analyze, and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including large stored procedures.
Tune and optimize stored procedures and SQL queries to improve performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to support integrations.
