Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Backend .NET Developer with strong C#, ASP.NET Core, GraphQL, and SQL Server experience for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. This 9+ month contract requires collaboration with architects, frontend, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable backend services.

Responsibilities include designing APIs, data access, CI/CD via GitLab, and cloud integration with Azure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend development with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• 3+ years with EF Core, SQL Server, and query optimization.
• 2+ years building GraphQL APIs.
• 2+ years Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, GitLab CI/CD and cloud delivery.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID authentication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend apps with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Design scalable APIs using GraphQL and modern practices.
• Develop data-access with Entity Framework Core.
• Tune SQL Server 2019/2022 and write complex queries.
• Apply Clean Architecture, repository patterns, and DI.
• Create unit and integration tests.
• Containerize with Docker and deploy to Kubernetes via Helm.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
• Integrate Azure services including Azure SQL and Entra ID auth.
• Perform code reviews and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with DevOps for deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and root-cause analysis.
