Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer to design, code, test, and maintain core PrismHR applications. You will work with internal product teams to translate requirements into solid technical designs and deliver reliable software in a DevOps-oriented environment.

You will contribute to high-quality, scalable solutions using C#, ASP.NET, modern front-end frameworks, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services, while adhering to coding standards and security practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Framework, including ASP.NET Core.
• 5+ years of experience with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks and component libraries (Angular, React, Vue).
• 5+ years of SQL database development with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with Azure serverless technologies (Functions, Logic Apps) and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript; Agile with Scrum/Kanban/XP.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain core PrismHR software applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Follow coding standards, conduct code and security reviews, and support CI/CD.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with PrismHR objectives.
