Job summary

Centuria, a government IT contractor, seeks an Application Developer (.NET) to support USFF HQ Norfolk in a government facility. Responsibilities include building SharePoint parts, Power Platform solutions, and custom apps, with emphasis on IA/SIG security, Windows server management, and Azure cloud services.

The role requires a solid background in .NET, Power Platform, SPFx, SQL, and DevOps, plus IAT II and AZ-900 certifications and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering or related field; experience accepted.
• Six years installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft servers and IIS.
• Two years using Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data modeling, Python and R development, UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware).
• Active Secret clearance and IAT II andAZ-900 or equivalent certs.

Responsibilities

• Develop SharePoint web parts, dashboards, and BI reports.
• Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Apps/BI/Automate) and Dataverse.
• Create applications using data from internal/external sources with front-end interfaces.
• Install and configure Windows servers and related services.
• Apply IA security controls (IAVA/STIG/Zero Trust/508).
• Code testing and production validation; participate in design reviews.
• Translate requirements into prototyping/storyboard-driven designs.
• Utilize SPFx, Power Platform, Azure, SQL, Visual Studio, and related tools.
• Support Azure Cloud administration of services and DevOps pipelines.
• Integrate AI cloud services to improve command decision making.
• Produce technical guides and provide end-user training.
