Job summary

Senior .NET Developer in Austin is sought to support the development, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise applications for a major public-sector organization. This hands-on role covers the Microsoft technology stack and Power Platform ecosystem, with emphasis on scalable design and modernization.

The position requires leading-edge skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Angular/Blazor, SQL Server, EF Core, and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core.
• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies including Angular and React.
• 7+ years of experience using Entity Framework Core.
• Strong application architecture and solution design experience.
• Experience with Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of SSIS, Windows Server environments, and monitoring tools.
• Experience building applications from the ground up within the last 3 years.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop modern user interfaces using Angular and/or Blazor.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and schemas.
• Utilize Entity Framework Core for data access and development.
• Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Perform architecture, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Develop automated testing solutions and maintain quality standards.
• Support scheduled processes, background services, and production environments.
