Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to modernize business-critical applications. The role blends hands-on coding, architecture, and knowledge transfer, with a focus on evaluating codebases, reducing debt, and driving modernization priorities.

You will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable, cloud-native solutions in Azure, while improving CI/CD and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong .NET and Angular experience, familiarity with older .NET

Qualifications

Proven experience building applications with .NET.
Experience modernizing legacy .NET environments (incl. .NET 3.5).
Hands-on Angular development experience, including legacy versions.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and modernize business-critical applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure.
Assess legacy apps and propose modernization strategies.
Identify debt, security risks, and architectural improvements.
Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions.
Improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Create roadmaps and prioritize technical improvements.
Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Own projects from assessment to delivery.
