Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced NDE Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods.

This role leads inspection scopes, analyzes data, and serves as SME in the field, with frequent client interaction and detailed reporting. Candidates should have certifications such as API 510/570/653 and CWI, AMPP, with experience in refinery, petrochemical, pipeline projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Operate and configure advanced equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex inspection data and report findings.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in fieldwork.
• Contribute to project planning and procedure development.
• Adhere to Life Critical Expectations and site safety protocols.
• Uphold TEAM standards of professionalism and quality.
