Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC seeks a Lead NCR/CAR to support a multi-year construction project at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. You will manage NCR/CAR processes, review quality issues, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Construction, and Procurement teams to ensure timely disposition and closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality, engineering, construction, corrective action, or related experience.
• Experience with NCR/CAR programs.
• Knowledge of ASME NQA-1 and DOE Order 414.1D.
• Experience coordinating technical reviews, dispositions, corrective actions, and closure documentation.
• Ability to interpret procedures, specifications, technical requirements, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead NCR/CAR processes per QMS and ASME NQA-1.
• Coordinate NCRs/CARs/CAQs/SCAQs with Quality, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Track NCRs, CARs, corrective actions, commitments, and due dates through closure.
• Develop and maintain NCR/CAR status reports, metrics, aging reports, and trend information.
• Support audits, surveillances, and assessments with NCR/CAR records and evidence.
