Job summary

Cydecor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Navy Structural Engineer to provide design and technical support to NAVSEA customers across multiple naval engineering disciplines.

You will help manage technical and design requirements for new and ongoing shipbuilding programs, leveraging defense-sector experience and strong engineering fundamentals. The role emphasizes collaboration with systems engineers, electrical engineers, and acquisition professionals to achieve program outcomes while supporting Navy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • Experience with Navy/defense system design and acquisitions.
  • Experience coordinating with systems engineers, electrical/electronics engineers, acquisition professionals, and logistics teams.
  • Knowledge of naval vessel structural design standards and practices.
  • Security clearance: Interim/Active Secret preferred; Top Secret preferred.

  • Manage and execute technical and design requirements for shipbuilding programs.
