Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst, Navy Ordnance SME, to support the USFFC-NFL program at Norfolk Naval Base in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on ordnance management, audits, inspections, and coordinating with ships and shore activities.

Ideal candidates are US citizens with SECRET clearance and Navy ordnance/OIS experience. A bachelor’s degree is desired, with strong analytical and organizational skills and proficiency in OIS and TORIS. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• DOD SECRET clearance (current)
• Eight years Navy ordnance and OIS experience
• Bachelor's degree desired or eight years alternative experience
• Knowledge of NAVSUP P-724, OPNAVINST 8020.x, NOSSA policies

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and conduct audits reviewed by a higher-level analyst
• Plan and monitor ammunition onloads and offloads for COMNAVSURFLANT
• Ensure monthly inspections and reports are uploaded from each activity
• Utilize OIS Wholesale and TORIS for monitoring and reporting
• Coordinate with ships and shore activities daily/monthly
• Validate SOPs and instructions against CNSL policies
• Collaborate with ordnance team to resolve issues
• Support regular team meetings and continuous improvement
• Provide 2-Star Staff Level products when required
