Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Residence within 30 miles of Norfolk, VA.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Navy mission systems software projects.
• Manage SDLC with Agile/Scrum across cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary liaison with Navy stakeholders (COR, PM, tech leads).
• Oversee AWS deployment and IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Ensure RMF/ATO compliance (NIST 800-53, DoD guidance) and risk mitigation.
• Manage IMS, resource allocation, and EVM reporting where applicable.
• Coordinate with QA/security/systems engineering for accreditation and interoperability.
• Support proposals, staffing plans, and CDLL deliverables.
• Mentor and manage development staff assigned to the program.
