T2S Solutions is seeking a Senior RF Engineer (3TS+) to support NAVWAR efforts in the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC). You will help empower the DoD’s navigation warfare mission by providing expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR, and by delivering subject matter knowledge on NAVWAR order of battle and PNT-related successes and threats.

• PhD in engineering, computer science, information technology, systems engineering, math, statistics, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Quality Engineer Certification (CQE) or other equivalent preferred.]

Responsabilités

• Determine optimal approach to testing complex products to assure compliance with specifications.
• Translate customer needs into system test solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems; coordinate integrated testing activities.
• Review and evaluate test requirements for completeness of test program.
• Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare system-level evaluations.
• Provide continuous engineering support to the Joint Navigation Warfare Center.
• Develop and implement software test plans; manage hardware configuration; perform requirements analysis and system designs.
• Write and edit technical documents communicating specifications and procedures to varied audiences.
• Generate NAVWAR RF testing environments in compliance with laws, policy, and test parameters.
• Collaborate with Government Systems personnel and managers on various projects.
