Job summary

Tuloso Midway High School in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a highly motivated Senior Naval Science Instructor (SNSI) to lead its NJROTC program. The applicant must be an experienced Navy, Marine or Coast Guard officer and NJROTC certified to work with cadets.

This is a 12-month contract with Navy mandated pay, plus a stipend. The SNSI will support cadet activities, coordinate travel to competitions and community service events, and may require after-hours and weekend duties.

Qualifications

• NJROTC certification is required.
• Experience as Navy/Marine/Coast Guard officer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the NJROTC program at Tuloso Midway High School.
• Coordinate cadet travel to activities, competitions and community service events.
• Support after-hours and weekend activities as needed to assist cadets.
