Job summary

DLH Corp is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to join our Norfolk-based team, supporting naval networks such as CANES, ADNS, and ISNS. The role blends technical execution with leadership, contract deliverables, and customer briefings at the government level.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Navy C4I systems, DoD cybersecurity credentials, and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance. This onsite position offers broad growth and mission impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in a relevant field with several years of Navy C4I experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 cybersecurity qualification within nine months of hire.
• Top Secret clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainment engineering and lifecycle support of CANES, ADNS, ISNS networks.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate tasks to improve efficiency and bench strength.
• Submit complex program data calls and contract deliverables to NIWC Atlantic/PMW 160.
• Deliver executive briefings and PMR/status reports to leadership.
• Provide remote/on-site diagnostics to resolve network issues globally.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and develop SOPs and sustainment docs.
• Perform other related engineering or administrative duties as assigned.
