Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst to support the development and implementation of life cycle IPS strategy for NAVSEA programs across acquisition life cycle, with on-site presence in Washington, D.C.

three days a week. The role requires ten years of Navy/DoD logistics experience, hands-on IPS planning, and knowledge of DoD policies, with frequent collaboration among program management, engineering, fleet, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Navy/DoD acquisition and IPS program experience.
• Experience providing life cycle logistics strategy and planning for Navy ACAT I-III.
• Experience with performance-based logistics and sustainment metrics.
• Experience developing and monitoring Navy/DoD acquisition life cycle logistic plans (ILSP, SP, CMP, Spares).
• Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite for program documentation and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Support LCSP development/execution and IPS integration into decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to facilitate decisions.
• Coordinate logistics program docs: SOW, CDRL, LCSP, ECP and related artifacts.
• Assist with development/tracking of logistics documents, risks, and briefs.
• Support provisioning docs (PTD, AEL, APL) and fielding logistics coordination.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, fleet and industry teams.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, independently or jointly.
• Travel to CONUS government/contractor facilities for meetings/reviews.
