Job summary

Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) seeks a Senior Logistics Specialist to support Naval Aviation logistics and sustainment at Cherry Point, NC. This role develops and evaluates weapon system supportability, maintenance, and IPS/ILS activities, including data reporting and documentation for reviews.

Requirements include 10+ years in DoD logistics or related fields, and a degree in a logistics discipline; substitutions per policy may apply. Eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of logistics, maintenance, sustainment or related support for DoD weapon systems or equipment.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related logistics discipline; substitutions allowed per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level logistics support for military aircraft, weapon systems, and related equipment.
• Evaluate logistics requirements and resources to support readiness and sustainment objectives.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve logistics support and maintainability programs and IPS/ILS activities.
• Conduct maintenance planning, logistics support analysis, and related IPS/ILS tasks.
• Collect and analyze logistics, maintenance, acquisition, technical, or financial data.
• Prepare reports and documentation for logistics reviews and program meetings.

Education

Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Operations Management, Business Management, Management Science, Program Management, Purchasing Management, Procurement/Acquisitions, Contracts Management or related logistics discipline
