Job summary

Rivet Operations LLC is seeking a Logistician in the Point Mugu, CA area to support Naval Aviation Detachments with supply and inventory management. The role covers ashore and afloat logistics operations, including financial management and stock control, with emphasis on accuracy and readiness.

The successful candidate will have 10–15 years in US military logistics, an Associate in logistics (Bachelor preferred), and strong skills in MS Office and Navy systems.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals.
• Initiative-taker requiring minimal supervision and able to work in a team.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in US military logistics operations afloat and ashore.

Responsibilities

• Provide Navy logistics operation, financial management and inventory management services.
• Manage aviation supply/logistics for ashore activities and Naval Aviation Support Detachments.
• Support maintenance with direct supply and materials handling.
• Maintain stock control, warranty support and asset tracking.
• Assist with demand planning, GCPC policy compliance and CASREP-related tasks.
