Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with HedgeServ director and MD to ensure consistent service.
• Ensure the fund accounting team operates within defined controls.
• Lead and develop teams of up to 10 staff.
• Resolve fund accounting enquiries escalated by supervisors or admins.
• Review NAV calculations, cash and position reconciliations; ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee audit process and preparation of fund financial statements.
• Contribute to training and onboarding.
• Support recruitment, training and performance reviews.
