Job summary

Braun Intertec seeks a Senior Scientist/Project Manager to support environmental compliance, permitting, and natural resources services across multiple locations in Minnesota, North Dakota, or Wisconsin. The role emphasizes leading project teams, building client relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Candidates should have a BS in a related field and 10+ years of environmental review experience; professional certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of direct environmental review, permitting, and regulatory compliance experience.
• Professional Wetland Scientist, Professional Soil Scientist, Certified Wildlife Biologist, or other natural resources certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and project teams with environmental compliance and permitting needs.
• Lead Natural Resources services within a multidisciplinary team and on individual projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams and other Braun Intertec offices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.
• Mentor and train junior staff and provide technical training.
• Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget, balancing scope, schedule, and cost.
