Job summary

Core One is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead complex national security initiatives. The role emphasizes analytical leadership, strategic guidance, and cross-functional coordination with military and government partners.

A TS/SCI clearance is required, and the position is contingent on contract award. Responsibilities include budgeting, risk management, performance tracking, and ensuring adherence to contract objectives across CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Ten years of Program Manager experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to define complex problems and develop analytical approaches
• Experience leading analytic production methodologies and tradecraft
• Extensive experience advising military and senior government officials

Responsibilities

• Manage project and contract operations to meet schedules, milestones, and performance requirements.
• Optimize personnel, systems, and resources to support mission requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and contract personnel.
• Track cost, schedule, performance, and risk; implement mitigations.
• Coordinate issue resolution affecting mission execution and deliverables.
• Supervise all-source intelligence analysis programs of similar scope.
• Apply intelligence cycle knowledge to support contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and theater deployment processes.
• Organize activities in line with NGIC goals and strategic direction.
• Develop and oversee budgets, operating plans, and resource requirements.
• Establish program performance measures and conduct evaluations.
• Lead status meetings to communicate progress and align with objectives.
• Deliver accurate program status reports covering cost, schedule, risks, and staffing.
