Job summary

GDIT is seeking a National Security Analyst Sr Principal to contribute to the strategic direction of the DTRA program. This on-site role at Fort Belvoir involves delivering instruction on strategic arms control, developing course materials, and providing expert perspectives on treaties and policy development.

The position requires 10+ years in national security training, a TS/SCI clearance, and a part-time schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or work experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of related experience in National Security and Training for the DTRA program.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction on the history of strategic nuclear arms control treaties and participate in group discussions and other periods of instruction to provide experience-based perspectives on U.S. nuclear arms control policy development and implementation considerations.
• Develop, prepare, and present blocks of instruction for Fundamentals of Strategic Arms Control Implementation Course.
• Serve as an expert perspective regarding arms control concepts, national security priorities, and treaties including INF and New START.
