Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex programs with multiple stakeholders and markets.
• Establish program direction, align multidisciplinary teams, and balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Coordinate project managers, technical leads, clients and external partners to drive execution.
• Mentor and develop staff; share best practices and foster leadership.
• Support business development including proposals and client pursuits.
