  • Proactively provide guidance to help educate broker and client partners on program awareness and ongoing communication
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow assigned accounts, including creative marketing opportunities
  • Proactively identify industry-specific trends impacting clients
  • Ensure account contract terms are adhered to and all account needs are addressed
  • Recommend solutions and improvements while monitoring account profitability and losses
  • Manage communications for new client launches and oversee delivery of project components with internal, third-party, and client stakeholders
  • Assist Client Success with executing new processes and policies, keeping client/broker relationships informed of changes that impact the overall relationship
YOU’LL BRING:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a general area of study
  • 7–10 years of sales and/or account management related experience
  • Demonstrated strategic broker and client management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Tableau and Salesforce a plus
