Morgan Stanley’s Fixed Income Division seeks a seasoned professional for Municipal Securities Structuring. You will provide analytical, quantitative and operational support to execute bespoke structured transactions, and work with the salesforce to tailor structures to client needs.

You will develop marketing materials, collaborate with Morgan Stanley desks and external partners, and leverage cash and derivative products to design solutions for borrowers and investors.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in structured finance/fixed income.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Curious, inquisitive, collaborative, attention to detail, analytical, self-starting, team-oriented.
• Eager to use new technologies, data and automation to enhance traditional job functions.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and simultaneously manage multiple high priority projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the analytical, quantitative and operational contributions necessary to execute bespoke structured transactions.
• Work closely with the salesforce to identify client needs and design structures to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials for existing and new product offerings.
• Work and collaborate with other desks within Morgan Stanley and externally to support structuring activities.
