Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Specialist II to independently execute complex multimedia projects, including video, motion graphics, and photography, ensuring adherence to FTI standards across formats and platforms.

You will lead shoots, manage production logistics, and collaborate with Creative, Content, Strategy, and Project Management partners to deliver high-quality work on time. Travel 5-10% and a 7 AM–5 PM schedule are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Film, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of hands-on multimedia production experience in in-house, agency, or corporate environment.
Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.
Demonstrated experience leading shoots, managing production logistics, and delivering complex multimedia projects.
Travel: 5-10%.
Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Independently execute complex video, motion graphics, photography, and post-production projects.
Lead editing, motion design, audio finishing, color correction, captioning, and final exports.
Coordinate onsite video shoots and photoshoots; manage shot lists, schedules, and equipment.
Ensure shoots align with briefs, brand standards, safety, and usage permissions.
Mentor Multimedia Specialist Is and provide feedback during reviews.
Support asset organization, DAM governance, and vendor coordination under leadership.
