Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation in North Carolina is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will lead teams on podium, wrap, and garden style construction to ensure timely completion on projects up to $150M+.

The role requires coordinating with Inspectors, enforcing safety protocols, and reporting progress to the Project Manager while maintaining strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field leadership experience.
• Experience on podium, wrap, and garden style multifamily projects.
• Procore and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general construction operations on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Interface with inspectors and officials; enforce safety protocols.
• Develop schedules and sequencing; manage progress reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
• Ensure project profitability, schedule, and quality targets.
