Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-family housing experience.
• 10 years of business, architecture, or project management experience.
• Evidence of successful achievements of project goals, budgets, and schedules for projects with a $30M construction budget.

Responsibilities

• Meet/Exceed profit plan and achieve BD targets.
• Co-Lead or Lead in proposal writing and interviews.
• Provide high quality documents.
• Ensure documents meet project program and goal outcomes.
