Job summary

Domino's in Colorado seeks an experienced restaurant leader to oversee store performance, ensure food, labor, and service goals are met, and review P&L with the supervisor each month. The role is hands-on and centers on operating results across assigned stores.

You will manage staffing and training, maintain equipment and safety standards, monitor budgets, and ensure all reports are accurate and timely while implementing new products smoothly and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores
• Ensuring food, labor and service goals are within goal
• P&L review with direct supervisor each month
• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
• Ensuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards
• Ensure all stores are staffed and training of all team members
• Maintenance and repair in all stores is kept up to date
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly
• All stores operate at a minimum 4 star level
• Ensure reports and paperwork are completed and accurate
