Qualifications

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor and service goals are met.
• Monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisor.
• Long schedule: min 50 hours/week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet Domino’s standards and tips.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and training of team members.
• Oversee repair and maintenance in all stores.
• Implement new products or ideas smoothly.
• Maintain minimum 4-star store performance.
• Perform self OERs and implement corrections.
• Complete evaluations and raise paperwork timeliness.
• Ensure timely reports and paperwork at store level.
• Know product and operational standards.
