ManyPixels Pte Ltd is seeking a multi-skilled senior designer who is fast and fluent in AI tools. You will work on logos, web pages, and illustrations, choosing the best approach for each client brief and delivering within tight timelines.

You should be proficient in branding, graphic design, web design, and illustration, with a portfolio showing senior-level work. You will use AI daily to ideate and refine, never sending raw outputs to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time or freelance design experience.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for web design.
• Daily use of AI design tools and ability to explain your process.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least two design areas (e.g., branding and web design).

We are looking for a senior designer who is fast, can do many types of design, and uses AI tools every day. In one day, you may design a logo, a web page, and an illustration. You will use AI to work faster, and you will always check and improve the result before a client sees it. If you work best with long deadlines, this role is not a good match. About the Role

We are looking for multi-skilled senior designers who are fast and fluent in AI tools. You will work on many kinds of projects for clients in many industries. You are not limited to one specialty. You can do branding, graphic design, web design, and illustration, and you can choose the best approach for each request.

We promise our clients delivery within 24 hours. AI helps us keep this promise without lowering quality. We want designers who already use AI tools as a normal part of their work.

What You Will Do

Deliver fast, with high quality. You manage each project from start to finish. You read the brief, create the design, check it, and deliver it on time.

Work across many design types. You will design logos, brand materials, social media graphics, landing pages, and illustrations. You may also do simple motion or video work.

Use AI in your daily workflow. You will use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and AI video tools to create ideas and produce work faster. You will improve every AI result until it is clean, original, and correct for the brief. We never send raw AI output to a client.

Manage several projects at the same time. You will work on more than one request at once and meet every deadline.

Communicate with clients. Our designers communicate to clients directly. You will ask questions when a brief is unclear, listen to feedback, and make changes quickly.

Help us improve. You will try new tools and share what works with the team.

Who You Are

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a full-time or freelance designer. Your portfolio shows senior-level work and a wide range of projects.
• You are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). You also know Figma if you do web design. Canva is a plus.
• You use AI design tools every day. You can show examples and explain your process.
• You have strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• You are skilled in at least two design areas, for example, graphic design and web design, or illustration and branding. Basic motion or video skills are a big plus.
• You can manage several tasks at once and meet tight deadlines.
• You accept feedback calmly and make changes quickly.
• You learn new tools fast and see change as normal.
• You can communicate clearly in English. Perfect grammar is not required, but you must be easy to understand.
• You can work 9 AM to 6 PM in one of these time zones: US Eastern Time, Eastern European Time, or Asian Time (Indochina).

This May Not Be the Right Role If

• You prefer to work in one specialty only.
• You prefer a slow pace.
• You do not use AI tools, or you send AI results without improving them.
• You need frequent check-ins to complete your work.
