Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years medical assistant experience in highly complex, chronic disease management or a specialty.
• Certified Medical Assistant and BLS required; CPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient examinations, procedures, and dressing changes under supervision.
• Performs patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and eligibility verification.
• Assists with revenue cycle functions and registration as needed.
• Maintains compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, NCQA, and government standards.
