Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead Global WHS Program implementation at our Portland, OR site. You will combine hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect associates while driving operational excellence.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, oversee audits, and manage the first aid and emergency response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in EHS/enviro programs in manufacturing, production, or service ops.
• 5+ years leading people and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data.
• Audit sites and manage first aid and emergency response capabilities.
• Partner with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives.
