Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years leading complex M365 and/or Google Workspace/GCP projects, including GCC/GCC High tenants.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Gemini, GWS services, and core GCP components (IAM, Compute Engine, VPC).
• Knowledge of M365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune) and Entra ID in government compliance boundaries.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (FedRAMP, CMMC, IL5) and their application across M365 and GWS/GCP security features.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, GAM, Google Apps Script, and advanced automation techniques.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin, security, and governance of the GCC High M365 tenant, ensuring configurations meet government regulations.
• Utilize Google Gemini capabilities across Workspace and GCP; support AI solutions and integrate with business systems.
• Design, implement, and secure complex multi-cloud deployments (M365, GWS, GCP).
• Oversee tenant-to-tenant and platform migration projects to compliant cloud solutions.
• Automate using PowerShell, Python, Google Apps Script, Advanced GAM, and REST APIs for efficiency.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and develop comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs.
