Job summary

Career Connections, LLC. is seeking a Sr. Mulesoft Developer for a fully remote position based in the United States.

The role focuses on developing new MuleSoft integrations and migrating legacy systems to the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, and DataWeave 2.0 experience, along with strong API design skills (REST/SOAP) and API-led connectivity. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with CI/CD automation and secure integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Advanced Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, and DataWeave 2.0 skills, including complex mappings, reusable flows, validation, & error handling.
• Strong API design skills using REST, SOAP, RAML or OpenAPI, and API-led connectivity with reusable system, process, and experience APIs.
• Strong Anypoint API Manager and Exchange experience: API lifecycle management, policies, client access, versioning, and reusable assets.
• Proven Runtime Manager experience deploying, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Mule applications in CloudHub or hybrid environments.
• Advanced experience with MuleSoft connectors, HTTP, databases, SaaS APIs, and SFTP; proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and Java for integration needs.
• Strong understanding of synchronous, asynchronous, batch, and event-driven integration patterns, including retries, idempotency, and data reconciliation.
• Solid experience securing integrations using OAuth 2.0, TLS, client credentials, access controls, and secure configuration and secrets management.
• Experience building MUnit tests and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Maven, and deployment automation; ability to diagnose performance and production issues.

Responsibilities

This is a fully remote-based role for candidates residing in the USA.

Our client is in the process of centralizing integration within the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The Sr. Mulesoft Developer will be responsible for executing new development within the Mulesoft Platform and migrating legacy integrations to the platform.
