Job summary

Accenture's North America MuleSoft practice is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect for client-facing engagements in Cleveland. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable integration solutions and lead design reviews to ensure security and governance.

You will mentor delivery teams, advocate API-led connectivity, and use AI tools for architecture documentation and analysis. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years translating business requirements into architectures and leading design reviews.
• Minimum 7 years client-facing advisory and strong communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience with integration architecture including connectivity and delivery practices.
• Minimum 4 years of professional MuleSoft experience as a developer or architect.
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years experience with MuleSoft architecture, API design, connectors, and build components.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Anypoint Platform including API Manager, Runtime Manager, Anypoint Analytics, Design Center, and Exchange.
• Minimum 6 months experience with AI and GenAI tools for productivity, architecture documentation, and solution analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MuleSoft solution design and define integration architectures that align with business outcomes and security requirements.
• Translate requirements into designs using API-led connectivity across API, system, process, and experience patterns.
• Recommend scalable MuleSoft patterns, reusable assets, environment strategies, and development standards.
• Advise client stakeholders, analysts, architects, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide implementation teams, review architecture Deliverables, mentor MuleSoft professionals.
• Support solutioning, scoping, effort estimates, resource planning, and deployments.
• Use AI and GenAI tools for architecture documentation and quality validation.
