Job summary

RedHelm is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-class network infrastructure for MSP clients. The role requires 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in network engineering with Cisco, Meraki, and SonicWall, plus hands-on Azure networking and multi-vendor security tools.

The ideal candidate will configure routing, switching, and Wi‑Fi across SMB and cloud environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in capacity planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• CCNP/CCNA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• MSP environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-class network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, security).
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Extreme, HP Aruba; Azure virtual networks.
• Implement routing, switching, and wireless solutions for high availability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business goals.
• Produce network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards.
• Engage in capacity planning, risk assessments, and improvement projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
