Job summary

Inventiva is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to develop strategic scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, investigators, and academic centers. The role requires high-level scientific exchange, knowledge of hepatology/GI/metabolic areas, and strong cross-functional collaboration to support clinical development and potential launch planning.

The MSL will travel 50-75% and serve as a resource for physicians and researchers, representing Inventiva at congresses and advisory boards while

Qualifications

Terminal scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO) required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, Medical Affairs, or field medical experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50–75% for congresses and meetings.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic external relationships with KOLs, HCPs, investigators, and centers of excellence.
Lead engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy and objectives.
Provide scientific exchange on disease state, data, and Inventiva’s development program.
Represent Inventiva at medical congresses, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address site needs and study feasibility.
