Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Dermatology to cover a Northern New Jersey territory. This field-based role works with KOLs and healthcare teams to share evidence-based information and support patient care.

Responsibilities include developing a territory plan, identifying educational needs, and enabling investigator-initiated studies while ensuring compliant communications. Up to 70% travel and collaboration across Medical Affairs are required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent; post-graduate experience required for doctoral candidates.
• Ability to demonstrate success as an MSL with territory experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and drive field-based engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific and clinical expert to inform medical engagement and territory strategy.
• Develop relationships with KOLs and HCP teams with fair, non-promotional scientific information.
• Stay current on treatment landscape trends and support investigator-initiated studies.
• Create and execute a territory scientific engagement plan aligned to strategy and assets.
• Identify educational needs and deliver tailored, balanced scientific presentations.
• Collect actionable insights to inform medical strategy and cross-functional discussions.
