Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking an Sr. Medical Science Liaison to serve as a scientific peer and strategic partner across a matrixed field organization. You will enhance engagement with KMEs and consolidate external insights to shape medical strategy.

You will lead high-impact scientific discussions, support trial site identification, and represent the company at major congresses while collaborating with clinical operations and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years MSL experience preferred.
• Established relationships with Gastroenterology and/or Hepatology KMEs desired.
• Strong communication and project management skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate long-term scientific partnerships with KMEs and healthcare decision-makers.
• Deliver fair-balanced, evidence-based clinical presentations and discuss disease states.
• Represent the organization at major medical congresses.
• Identify potential trial sites and facilitate patient recruitment; IIT liaison.
• Provide scientific insights to inform Global Medical Strategy and cross-functional teams.
