Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior MSK physiotherapist to provide autonomous assessment and treatment for complex MSK conditions across outpatient and consultant-led clinics. The post includes leading a team, mentoring junior staff and driving service development.

You will contribute to MDT work, CPD, and evidence-based practice while role-modeling Trust values in a high-performing NHS setting.

Qualifications

• Senior MSK physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience.
• Autonomous practitioner in assessment and treatment of complex MSK conditions.
• Lead on projects, service development and MDT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage own designated caseload of MSK patients and maintain up-to-date records.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate MSK interventions using evidence-based practice.
• Provide day-to-day line management of a designated team.
• Supervise, teach and support junior staff, therapy assistants and students.
• Engage in CPD and encourage team development.
• Collaborate with MDT colleagues to deliver best practice and update pathways.
